The Phazer Soft Shell Backpack is part of the Phazer Mobile Floor Care System, designed to make floor finish application more efficient while reducing chemical handling, packaging waste, and operator strain. The self-contained backpack carries floor finish in a flexible product pouch and connects directly to the Phazer applicator system for a continuous, controlled application process.

Directions for Use
Loading the Product Bag
- Open the pack cover by releasing the plastic buckle on the locking strap. Note the orientation of the product bag and bag spout.
- Place the product bag into position and slide the inside slot of the bag collar into the slot on the pack.
- Push the collar completely down and snap it into place to help maintain proper positioning during use.
- Remove the shipping dust cap to access the self-sealing bag insert.
- Attach the delivery tube connector to the bag spout by threading it into place.
- Turn the connector until it is completely engaged.
- Close the pack cover and secure the locking strap.
Connecting the Applicator Handle
- Insert the stationary pin on the connector clip into one of the center holes on the applicator head.
- Slide back the bolt of the moveable pin and rotate the connector into position.
- Release the sliding bolt to secure the connector to the applicator head.
Preparing the Applicator Pad
- Pre-moisten the applicator pad before use to help saturate the pad with floor finish during initial application.
- If using a new pad, rinse it thoroughly several times.
- Wring out excess water so the pad remains damp.
- Inspect the pad and remove any fibers or lint, particularly when using a new pad.
- Center the damp pad on the applicator head and press firmly into place.
