Delivery

Jan-Supply takes pride in getting your order to you in the most efficient manner. If ordered before 12:00pm, most items can be delivered on the same day or next day. We also offer free delivery on all orders over $100.

Returns:

General Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without a receipt may still be eligible for a store credit. Items that arrive damaged may still be eligible for a return if no longer in the original packaging.

Clearance Item Returns

All sales are final. Items are sold as-is and may be sold used or without packaging.

Special Order Returns

All sales are final. Items ordered from other suppliers specifically on your behalf are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom Item Returns

All sales are final. Items with any custom logos or branding are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

We Put Our Customers First, if it doesn't fit or is broken upon receipt let us know and we'll make it right.

Same day / next day delivery, if you place your order by noon you will get your order same day, if after noon we guarantee next weekday delivery!

Free Local Delivery on orders over $100. We deliver throughout the Metro Detroit area, and out to Ann Arbor and Lansing.
