Return Policy

Jan-Supply Detroit has a 30 day return window from ship date or from when you purchased in-store. We will accept merchandise back that is unopened and still new. Jan-Supply requires you to pay for return shipping or is happy to have you return the product to store. Please call us if you need with return shipping.

 

Jan-Supply is happy to accept returns on most unopened items. We accept drop-offs at our store or office for returns. If you'd like to exchange an item, we can bring the item to you for the normal delivery charge.
